Our digital products come in a few different files, including image files such as PNGs, JPEGs, and WEBPs, PDF files in PDF format, and links to digital repositories for multi-file products. All of the image formats we use can be opened using the standard image viewing application provided by your operating system (Photos on Windows or Preview on MacOS). Our PDF files can be opened in any standard PDF viewer, including Adobe Acrobat or any standard Web Browser. All links to digital repositories can be opened in your web browser of choice in order to download individual files.

We recommend opening all of the files from our digital downloads on a computer rather than on a mobile phone to ensure compatibility, however most of the files we provide should be able to be opened on most modern smart phones. If for any reason you find that you aren't able to open one of the files you received from a digital product purchase, please reach out to our support team immediately, and they will provide you with further troubleshooting steps.
